Join Our Growing Team as a Client Relations Specialist!
We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team. This is a non-customer-facing position with no cold calls and unpleasant customers. The work involves communicating with clients via email, chat, and phone.
Pay: $18 per hour

Location: 6801 Palisades Park Ct, Suite #2, Fort Myers, FL 33912
Job Type: Full-time (40-hour workweek)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm), with the ability to work a hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment. The hybrid schedule is three days in the office and two days remote (T-TH).
Job Overview:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. Your primary objective is to ensure that clients have a positive experience with our company and to address any questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally. You will be the main point of contact for clients, serving as an advocate for their needs and facilitating effective communication between them and our company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues while collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients and provide necessary assistance.
  • Client Feedback: Gather feedback to improve services and enhance the client experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in our system.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on services, updates, and resources available.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of office experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems.
